Today, we answer the question "but what if I have golden handcuffs, and I'll never be able to find the same salary in a different job?" The truth is, you're unhappy at work and know that you need to leave, but the pain of leaving money on the table (aka the economic theory of loss aversion) is keeping you stuck! This is also related to scarcity mindset, and the feeling that you only have one chance to get it right. This is bullshit though, and companies intentionally set it up so that you feel the pain if you leave. But your freedom is on the other side of hard.
