Ms. Bretagne Ballard is a native of Philadelphia.  She is the Assistant Director of Residence Life at UW Madison. She holds a degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Mary Baldwin College and a MS in College Student Development.  She has over 10 years of higher education experience.
