#9 John Mattick: Building Energy, Intelligence and Integrity

In this episode of the Emajin Podcast Beyond the 19th, we are delighted to welcome Emajin member, keynote speaker and leading scientist John Mattick. John is a Professor of RNA Biology at the University of NSW.  He was the CEO of Genomics England and Director of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. John's accolades are extensive, and he is well known for his academic and teaching career, and he has taught at Cambridge and Oxford. What he is really famous for is that he has pioneered a new view of genetic programming of humans and has done some groundbreaking research on non-coded or junk DNA. He has earned an Order of Australia in 2001 for his service to scientific research and the scientific community.
