#9. Matt Schunck - Travel Inspired Fusion BBQ

" People come together over great food " Matt (@the_swiner_things_bbq)  Michigan native who grew up spending summers in Vegas eating great BBQ with his grandfather. His grandmother was the breakfast master adding a little zest to traditional foods. These experiences not only shaped him, giving him a life time interests in grilling out but opened his mind to the variety of flavors foods could take on. He traveled a lot for work as a mortgage banker where he got to sample different cultures takes on backyard favorites. This inspired him to create his own line of craft made BBQ rubs with a focus on fusion, combining great flavors that you wont at your local cookout. We cover alot of fun topics like the difference between "grilling and smoking" How to get started.
