Send us a textI was honored to have successful MLB pitcher Craig Stammen on the show.  Craig is from a small town but had big dreams.  We discussed Craig’s journey to major league baseball and how his role in the clubhouse evolved. Early in his career he was focused on listening, learning and working hard.  As his career evolved, he became a leader with the style of being an encourager, being genuine and authentic and a team first guy.  Craig explains having a growth mindset and his approach to learning and building his own self -awareness and his personal development journey.
