9. Rebecca Padgett: Healing The Inner Child Through Art & Mysticism

In today’s episode, I’m joined by my friend Rebecca Padgett. As humans who identify both as artists and mystics, Rebecca and I wanted to explore the intersection between these two worlds. We discussed how artmaking and mystical practices can connect us deeper with our true selves and heal our inner child, ways to work with our inner critic (which is a topic we both know quite well as two Virgo risings), and how to honor our lineage through our personal and public practices.
