Pame Nickelsen and Timmy Gibson have a conversation about Narcissism. The reality is that only 5% of people would classify as having NPD Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I know we hear everyone call their EX a Narcissist, but in all reality they may just be an as*hole or b*tch, but not a Narcissist. And isn't it strange that it's always the "other person" who is the Narcissist?  Disclaimer: Obviously there are people who have been in a relationship with a real narcissist, and it"s crazy. We are in no way down playing the trauma or the abuse at the hands of a real narcissist. We know is bad, but we also feel that it's important to distinguish between someone with NPD and just an as*hole.
