Intersectionality is a word that we've probably heard a lot more over the past few months. Although the term is new to me, the idea behind it is why I created Sustainable Brown Girl. I think many other women of color within the sustainability space also understand the importance of intersectionality, and today's guest is no different.  Lauren Ritchie, is a 19 year old Bahamas native, a Columbia University student, a climate activist, and the founder of The Eco Gal blog.
