90. Annual Company Planning | Part 2

Happy New Year & Happy new Season! This is the first official episode of Season 3! In this episode, I dive into the second part of my Annual Company Planning. You can find Part 1 of my Annual Company Planning by listening to episode 89.  I find it helpful to break up your Annual Company Review and Planning because part 1 allows you to do the financials and dwell on the previous year, while part 2 is focused more on goals and getting ready for the year ahead. Initially, I would try to fit this entire checklist and review into one VERY LONG day with my team, but by the end, we were exhausted and glazing over the important details that would actually help us reach our goals. I would recommend listening to this episode with pen and paper writing and doing the exercise as I go through it.
