Everyone knows most people’s attention spans in this day and age are screwed. People can’t hold their focus for more than 30 seconds on most platforms, and algorithms are tightening the content stream to forever be shorter and more gratifying immediately.I’ve fought this algorithmic tide of distraction pretty well. I can focus for hours on end without getting distracted, and I want to share one of my best strategies for improving your attention span and holding your focus.I hope you find it helpful.
