Amina Singh worked as a management consultant in the development sector for almost a decade conducting assessment studies, reviews, and evaluations for NGOs, INGOs, and multi/bilateral agencies. She earned her PhD from the Centre for Research in Learning and Change at the University of Technology, Sydney in 2015. Amina currently works as an independent researcher and educator, with an interest in community development, civic engagement, educational governance, and teaching learning practices in higher education. She is an adjunct faculty at Kathmandu University. She is currently engaged as a member of the University of Nepal Development Board and the Chair of the Academic Planning Committee.
