Mindset Monday - What Do You Need To Invest In Your Mind? Seriously, I’m asking what do you need. Is it a strategy? Is it accountability? Do you need something in your life to change before you can commit time to it? Is it you can’t see the benefits of it? You’re unsure of the point? You’re spending your entire life living with your mind. The way it interprets the world is fundamental to how you act, how you feel and your level of life satisfaction. But so few of us were ever taught that we could influence our brain patterns and how to train your mind. So we spend most of our time trying to influence external factors. Some are inside our control, and a lot are outside our control.
