Gerade im agilen Umfeld sind OKRs nicht mehr wegzudenken. Als agiles Zielssystem erfüllen OKRs zentrale Prinzipien, wie z.B. das Arbeiten in kurzen Zyklen, Orientierung am Kundennutzen, Transparenz oder Sinnstiftung etc. Das Problem: Es gibt keine einheitlichen Richtlinien und das verleitet Unternehmen dazu, die Einführung und das Formulieren von OKR-Objectives zu unterschätzen. Im aktuellen Podcast sprechen Hans Strasser und OKR-Experte Kai-Marian Pukall deshalb über Sinn und Unsinn von OKRs für die Entwicklung von Organisationen.
