This week I am joined by Travis Cochran we talk about his upbringing being branded as an up and coming NRL player but in fact Travis declined a NRL contract from the Brisbane Broncos. He touches on having anxiety when it came to training in professional environment as he felt like he didn't quite belong and didn't know who he was as a person. After a journey down to Sydney didn't quite go to plan he found himself back in his home country town after a breakup and recovering from a surgery. This is where the real inner work began.A attempt to take his own life made Travis realise that he needed to make a change. In which he started to read books, listen to podcasts and surround himself with great people.Travis, also known as 'The Technician' a name given to him by a mate is now rewiring the minds and bodies of others and helping them to truly live a life of fulfilment and happiness.I really enjoyed this podcast and I know you will gain immense value from it aswell. This podcast is free the only fee I ask you to pay for listening is that you like, share and subscribe. If you would also like to support the podcast you can subscribe to my Patreon for as little as $3 a month.Support the showConnect with Nick:Instagram TikTok YouTube
