This week we are joined by Professor Jeannette Song and Professor Jordan Tong. Jeannette is a R. David Thomas Professor of Business Administration and Operations Management at Duke University. Her areas of focus include supply chain coordination mechanisms, global sourcing strategies, supplier quality and risk management as well as many others. Jeanette has published numerous articles in leading international academic journals such as Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management (M&SOM), and Operations Research. Jordan is the Wisconsin Naming Partners Professor and Associate Professor in the Department of Operations and Information Management at the Wisconsin School of Business. Professor Tong's research primarily uses mathematical modelling and experimental methods to investigate operations management and behavioural science questions. His research appears in the journals Management Science, Operations Research, Psychological Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management.
