#90 - Should Dog Breeders Be Licensed and Regulated? Part 1 of 2

Would regulation and licensing help the dog breeding industry? Would it protect buyers and stop puppy mills? The jury is still out, but I'd like to chime in with my thoughts on licensing and regulation, why people want it and how it might work and where there would be struggles.  In the next episode, Part 2 of this discussion, I will give my thoughts on a better, more lasting solution (and you're part of it!).
