TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Thank you very much for joining us on the Turbo Entertainment System, and we're going to be talking about Dr. Strange 2-man. Dr. Strange was a funeral, I just know he was a mother of a son.

The M Yeah, so yeah, they will be spoilers, but the way I'm going to break it down, I'm going to put it out of this right away. I wasn't the biggest fan. I'm just, you know, as a whole, there's a piece of media, I wasn't the biggest fan. But what I'm going to start with, so I'm not just diving into, oh, Raimi, is to talk about the things we did like about the film, because that's a better way of doing it.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because there's a lot of, you know, nice little districts. Yeah, there's a good bits in there, yeah, you can't knock, but I mean, there is a lot of issues in it, I'm not going to like that. Yeah, but, you know, we spoke, it's a lot of fan service, but having said, you know, I'm not saying that necessarily in a negative way, you know, because...

Is there for you, any really? Yeah. So let's go straight in. We're not going to go in like, in order, when they're appearing on screen, but let's go straight to Professor X, mate.

Let's go straight to him. You know, obviously, we already know it from the trailer, didn't we? Yeah, yeah. We should tell him the truth or whatever.

But seeing him in his car, in the yellow, be all, yeah. And if you don't know what we're talking about, Professor X, man. If you go back in 2019, go back in 2019, put Fox Kids on, or if I can, or I have a BBC, Saturday morning, log and kick him. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

We'll find out what we're talking about. Yeah, so he's in his little, he's kind of like the yellow car in F-Zero, ain't it? He's kind of like sitting in... I think I've been out here, you made it from living.

Oh, do you think that's what it... Goose away, it was the joke, the fucking Goose. Yeah, it was the joke, you were something, I remember. Goose.

Fox. It was a fox. Is it what it was? The Goose was a green one.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. He did drive that one as well. He did drive that one as well. He's getting in the one in the car, he's five round of fucking S-Zero tracks.

I've already done the artwork for this one, I showed you. Oh, yeah, yeah. See, I could, I would have attempted to change it. Look good, didn't it?

It's not even a lovely to be fair. It's a little better if we had Charles Xavier writing in the Goose or the Prana or whatever from F-Zero. Yeah, to be fair, that would be nice. So maybe, maybe, maybe, yeah, that's the alternative cover.

Oh, barrier. Yeah, could do a little barrier in Slippo, swipe over, barrier in addition. Yeah, we swear on a barrier in addition. Yeah.

So, every fans edition, isn't it? Yeah. We did a whole podcast. Topless.

Yeah. Embrace in general. Oily, job brought first, and then just talk about Doctor Strange. What?

What? Anyway, so Professor X-Mate, they even give me a little X-Men. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. His fin-tune being like the X-Men fiendune.

I mean, it was ridiculous, but beautiful. It was a thing of you being here. Oh, yeah, that was... All the stakes we stay in the room as well, so obviously, I've missed the fantastic.

You know, Evan Reed, which is in there, mate. You had to be in that room, didn't he? As a comic book lover, and we know the Illuminati, and we know the, you know, kind of, you know, the old Infinity Saga, you know, when you got all those boys knocking about together. If he went in that room, he had to be in there because he's a clever motherfucker, so he had to be in there.

I mean, he's probably got the author of the constant throughout every Illuminati, any. Yeah. He even saw, because he's out of the Council of Reeves, didn't he? So we'd already, like, met himself and had his own fucking...

He'd already been doing it. Yeah. He's the one who says, someone says, let's have a secret society and meet him up. He's like, yeah, go ahead.

Go on in, I'll be on the team. Yeah, you've got to have a really... Yeah, I did actually see, like, a meme basically comparing the old school, fantastic, all the first one, with Homblow, whatever the fuck it is. Yeah.

Piss it up, Homblow. Yeah. I'm sorry, I don't know. He was in Homblow, back in the day.

Piss it up. Homblow. Nathaniel Homblow, yeah. But his suit in it, they said, Adam, side by side, and they're comparing the suits, and his suit, Homblow's suit.

Look pretty decent, whereas the new... As you say, new Homblow, right? New Homblow suit. Jim from the office of suit.

Jim from the office of suit. It just looks a little bit conky, compared to it. Like, it was just a bit more slick, a little bit more kind of tight leather, you know what I mean? It was just a bit more on point.

It wasn't a bad fantastic outfit he was wearing, and I liked that he did get all wobbly as well. I was well into that, it was good. Did you like the casting then? I mean, it's weird because that feels like it was solely done because everyone was saying, because that's a good, good, good, good, good, good.

It's a good, good, good. It's a good, good, good. It's a good, good, good. I don't think it's a bad read, mate.

It just feels a bit like, who else could you get? If you put anyone else in, now, but the other thing is as well, because this... It's where he gets wicked about the best stuff, because they're doing a fantastic four film, but is he going to be re-witches in that fantastic film? Because it's been a multi-verse, he doesn't have to be.

Although Dr. Strange was his variance, it was in that film, well, Ben and Coombas watch, in no way her. You obviously got your three different people, completely different people, isn't you? So it depends on what you're doing, you don't necessarily have to be drunk with Sinky Sanki's tank now, or Wayne.

So what you're saying is they should have thrown someone, John's, Jim from the office, what they should have done with him as well, just to help it all flow a little bit, is he should have been one of the Benedict's, shouldn't he? He should have been one of the Benedict's, shouldn't he? They talk about it. Yeah, but he should have been one of them, just to say that anyone could be anyone.

I mean, really what we should have done in this episode, but I haven't introduced myself anywhere but yet. Oh, yeah. So I should be calling you Ryan every time, because that's your name in this universe. Yeah, I'm Ryan.

I call you Jim Coombas. Because I'm Dr. Dr. Strange.

Mr. Strange, or Mr. Strange. Yeah, Mr.

Strange. Yeah, but yeah, he was good, I did enjoy him. Yeah, yeah, he didn't stinker joint out for me. He wasn't a moment of it.

All the fanservice pieces, I don't think ruined it. We'll get to what I could ruin it. Danny Elfman. But he didn't ruin it for me.

Yeah, I mean, the thing with him, you had to have the Illuminati, it was nice to see him, but it's just the way they sort of introduced him to kill them. And we know, obviously, we know that they're not, they're not, ah, fucking, fist me, it's fantastic, or I'm different, I'm actually, they're very into it, but it just felt like, like, they just, a bit easily to kill an A. And I know what they're saying, one is fucking super powerful when she's got a fucking Darkout, so she's off the levels fucking power. Yeah, she's, she's the person that, you know, you can have killed each people, but then, you know, the point you're trying to make, I think is why, why, why, just bring them in two-kilum?

Yeah, I mean, yeah, I mean, it's too far, I know why they brought him in, and they needed to get rid of him, they couldn't keep him there, so you understand it, but it just feels like he's the smartest man in the fucking world, and he's like, right, you're dead now. You'd have thought he would have had, he would have had, he would have built a device to combat magic. After what happened to Doctor Strange, he was first in a way, right, we get involved with that Darkout again, I'm going to invent a device, getting his magic, and that's all shit, so long comes wondering, he's like, well, no, I've stepped in my magic car, the box here, so, yeah, he's like, it's all a snake, and he gets in his box, and no one can touch him. Yeah, so it's that, it's that sort of thing, but I don't, I didn't, I didn't like to see him in there.

Yeah, I mean, with the old Captain Marvel, old Rambo, you know, again, nice, I'm not against that take on it, because that could have happened, you know what I'm saying about it. And yeah, craft it fucking blah, blah, blah, blah, you know, that could have happened. And what am I saying about Xavier? Xavier was good, you know what I mean?

Again, I don't think we should have killed him, but I get it. And I said, the only thing about bringing Xavier in, but then I mean, there was any other news was there, like when they was, I know they were doing that, and they'd be fun, but they would have been some other fucking, you'd have seen another fucking, I mean, they might have been that, well, they didn't exploit it, or they'd just, you know, like, it's just, and again, you're still bringing Xavier in. But did you like him in his tail neck, though? Yeah, he's lovely when he feels.

And he was a nice, caring man in the white room, you know, in the headspace, if you will. Yeah. He was a nice, caring man. He's like, come on, you know, trying to get around the hole and everything.

And he's fucked up, didn't he? Yeah, the jump scared. They need a rainy jump scared. Yeah, he tried to choke.

To be fair, some of them work nicely. Yeah. Some of them just not so much. You like Rambo and ended, yeah.

Yeah, I thought it was a good take on it. Again, it's one of those things, the same with Captain Marvel. I think the lines that they were kind of given, and the way they're being betrayed in it, is just a little bit kind of just one-dimensional. Yeah, yeah.

They are there. There's nothing behind those characters. Like, you know, Captain Marvel. For me, it looked too shiny.

There was just something weird about it. There was no scene set, it was all just, they needed it, needed it in there. Someone said, you know, you've got to put these in. You've got to have these in there.

So he's got to build it in. But yeah, I know what you mean. You know, I like them in there, but I do, I like something with a little bit more textured substance behind it. Because you didn't care.

You know, it's like, you know, it was in wrestling. If the good guy, the baton face, isn't kind of in pain or suffering or anything, you're never going to care about him. That's why a lot of people have problems with Superman. Because generally, he's not susceptible to anything.

So he can just go around knocking people out. And that's what he does, don't he? He beats people up in phone boxes. That's why he grabs your history, pulls you in a phone box, and he puts you in a belly denny.

So he marks. He's smart. He got glasses. See, he's a kid.

He's a fuck. He's like, you know, you're going to punch him. Absolutely. Yes, yeah, he explains it.

And he comes out and he doesn't touch him. Yeah, so that, you know, there's a reason why people have problems with those sort of characters. And it kind of felt like that for me. There was just not enough behind them.

And we didn't really get, but like you said, one scene, you fucking done it. Did you like the live action, Peggy Carter there? You just been out there? I did.

Did you like seeing that? I did like seeing it. I did like seeing it. But again, just two, one-dimensional, just flat to me.

And it's difficult as well because you wanted, because after that, what if, and the build-up now, like Captain Carter, you kind of wanted her, you wanted them to build something more of it. Because she could hold her own fucking film. She could hold her own film. You'd want to see an Avengers lead by her.

So, she's not going to be in, and that one thing that annoys me is they're calling six one fucking Marvel, it's in massive universe, six one six. And it fucking ends six one six. That was a little bit annoying. Like, they knew that we were going to get a little rise out of us and go like, they referenced the said the special number combination.

But it's also like, yeah, but hold on a second. This isn't six one six. Because that's why I was thinking, nine one nine, go to fucking nine one one, whatever you want. But it's not six one six because the comics is six one six.

So I know you're making films with the comics, but it's not accurate. None of the films you made are accurate to the comic is. It can't be six one six. No.

Even like the Infinity War. Like Infinity Gauntlet, Infinity War and Infinity Crusade. That will happen in six one six. But you're saying your six one six.

And then that happens. Yeah, and Adam Allock never turned up. He's going to turn up in a bit or something. He's telling that.

But yeah, and Silver Surfer weren't there. Yeah. And obviously if you know the Infinity Gauntlet, Silver Surfer starts you off there and pretty much ends you there as well. He's one of your main man.

He's good. But yeah, but that's it. That, I mean, again, you sort of understand why they've got to do it. They're trying to reference it.

They're doing the conference. It doesn't make sense if you know your fucking, if you know, you know. You could have even had that on the computer, you know, they could have been on the screen in the background. We've been scanning all different universes.

This is the last one we've been studying. I know this is a bit fucking, because I've got a death-on with it. But like, if you just saw a six one second background and you saw Hugh Jackman. You know, whatever.

Yeah, I mean, it would be, yeah. That's the only thing. But they could have had the six one six as a fucking cartoon world anyway. You know what I mean?

If you don't have the fucking cartoon going into the fucking Marvel Cinematic Universe. And it's just more explosive than shit. No, it's just that's just filled with weird. The point that's on make is you had Peggy Carter, she was there.

We haven't got her in Marvel Cinematic Universe because that, what we had Captain America shit. If you had brought her over and she was starting to lead Avengers and then you'd be able to fucking franchise around her. I don't fucking like that. I think she would have been a good fucking leader to her.

It was the next, and again, when we talk about female and palman getting a woman to be a strong character, the problem with Captain Marvel is that she's harder to identify with as your kind of your lead main new Captain America. Whereas if you had some grounded, like a Peggy Carter, you can get behind someone like that. You can get behind someone like that because they're more tangible, they're more real. Yeah, because Captain Marvel suffers what he's saying from the Superman complex, don't you?

Because she's fucking, like she's essentially indestructible. I mean, we know she died nothing but. Yeah, I mean it's quality, again, quality that is a woman being so powerful, but I still think a woman being powerful that's on the ground because that's why we love Captain America. That's why I love Captain America because he's, he ain't special at the rest of them.

He's real. He's a bit of voice. He's a bit of voice. He's a bit of voice.

He's a bit of voice. He's a bit of voice. He's a bit of voice. He's a bit of voice.

He's a bit of voice. He's a bit of voice. He's better than me. He's better than the rest of them, you know.

But sound like I just think it would be nice for you because now you've got to, because if you ever want to see a live engine picky-cout again, you can't innovate in it. I know we can jump to you and rest over for the time now. But it just would have been nice if you could have just crossed me. We could have just had him.

But I suppose if you just get low-tin' vol, you can get the old tin pad out. You can just slip someone in there. True, yeah. So there is an easy way, but.

You'd have to change something about it. Surely, you'd have to change something so it's, it's obvious that it isn't the one that got stabbed by our own shield. or whatever actually happened by her own shield, because that confused me that shot. That really, so she gets stabbed by her own shield, she's got a just a good belly shot, can't, a phone booth shot.

I thought she was cutting off with it. That's what I thought, yeah. But it wasn't obvious. Oh yeah, I suppose.

It didn't really, it just showed her reaction to it going there. We didn't see. What did you like about her form then? Because you used to say anyone's a bit more muscly when you were a bit more.

I like to do a bit more. Yeah, a bit again, she's wearing a suit, so you get away a bit. You know what I mean? Talking about muscly women, mate.

Can we just do a little side note on Chihulk? Is there a side note on there? Is she muscly enough for you? Well, in the trailer.

Yeah, obviously it looks like her. Because if you ever read the classic John Byrne stuff, she pretty much looks like how he was drawing a patrainer. So he's quite tall. Like a tall, sort of, like a longer muscle, rather than a style of muscle.

Yeah, but you've seen the savage she had when she's in a vengeance. Yes, yeah. Yeah, so again, as a whole, you go for your different form of incantations. But yeah, I do like her in relation to if they try to do like Byrne stuff.

So she looks, you know, I can't really actually say the name, but she looks the part to me. Yeah, she's from that trailer. You put it up against like a classic, you know, Chihulk front cover or whatever. It does fit a bit.

We'll sit, you know. They've done a thing now, I think I need to see about myself and Grellie did like she whole, I can't like comment, she's hulk and her face. Because someone's saying, she's fucking shit, she can't be fucking up. She's fucking nothing like her.

And he literally just put her face against the corner. He was like, everything lines up, her fucking nose, her eyes, her mouth, her fucking hair. So she has a good one there? Yeah, like fucking, it's Chih, loads up.

Fuck, fuck, fuck, what are you talking about? But anyway, always complain. Cause it's not like the logo as well. The logo looks sick, you know, it's a nice.

Yeah, cause it was a reason he was like, she, she, hulk's a weird one. Yeah, but they've just, yeah. Yeah, they've, yeah, they've told you that. If I see sort of thing on there, whatever, yeah.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully, it's a good thing. Hopefully they just slip a bit of being there. You know what I mean?

They've got to ask them fucking. Cause we don't need it to be everything that Luke Cage was or everything that I Envist wasn't. You know what I mean? But we still want it to be on the ground level where she is kicking ass in the courtroom.

You know what I mean? And that's why you are guilty. That's what I tell my lawyer. Oh, that's why I'm so guilty.

Oh, they're in the courtroom. Yeah, you're like that. You're like, oh, dead, I was going to sharpen that. Hopefully.

And you're going to be like a Thunderbolt's S type of situation with like, cause they got like a domination, and they like, like, Tim Ross in it. And we saw him from the rock with what, with Wong. So you're going to be like, oh, like, Thunderbolt's deal. Like, you can work for the government and we take time off your fucking ship.

Because they're saying, oh, we got a special fucking super villain defense prison type thing I want you to work looking to. This is where she's like, even if they just use she out to be setting up like a fund above. Yeah, was she hooked? Was she anything to be restored?

You know, I don't think so. The space. Yeah. I don't think so.

Okay, I thought they might be referencing that or something. Okay, that'd be another gimmick that they could go down. Couldn't they? It's a nice strong sound.

I reckon you're a wrecking okay. See sort if you see it anyway, it'll be in a secret invasion with a fury on it. Cause that'll be a space. That'd be fucking that's going to be good.

So you're probably sorting that. Yeah. Yeah. But you're looking forward to a Hulk.

As a she-hulk fan, mate, you look forward to it. Yeah. From that to the second trailer, they dropped. I was watching that as I actually had it.

Yeah. That's good. I've been burned before. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Probably burned. I mean, do we fail? Let's jump back to the Doctor Strange.

Probably one of the best trailers of all time, right? Yeah. Yeah. No, that's out.

I'd probably be like, this is going to be fucking- Like we were saying, what? No. This is going to be the best one. It's going to be the best one.

It's going to be the best one. Cause I was watching the Spy Man's trailer. I was fucking hyped for that. And then that fucking was that like, fucking brilliant.

I thought I'd go away home. That was so good. Yeah. But I think it, I think it, I think it depends on different types of nostalgia.

I think that's in trouble. Like fucking Spy Man away home works so well. Because Garfield and Maguire, they were just fucking purrs. But you think, cause you were there, mate.

We were all there. So we feel that as well. It's your own nostalgia of when, you know, you get a little bit of a goose bump even talking about, you know, cause you were, you were there. And when that old memory, I mean, it's like anything.

Like shit that everyone's got. It's like Fred Durstoned up. You know, like something relevant now. It'd be like, to me.

Oh, you're fucking old. You're making fucking old. It's under baggy fucking doggos in there. I'll tell you the story though.

I was in the Sorry Spa. You know, I don't have a DJ just doing like a set. It was kind of going through the ages. It was kind of going through like, you know, the 90s doing a bit of hip-hop and everything.

And he got, he's getting close to the fucking 2000s, you know, getting close to 2001 specifically. And I was like, it's my fucking time. I'm going to ask you if you can put on the biscuit. There he goes.

I've only got rolling. I was like, I'll do it. You've been on it. You've been on it and I fucking up and down.

Yeah. Yeah. Oh yeah. I don't think I had a cat with me at the time there.

So I could have. So Fred was a bit upset with it. Fred was a little upset with it. But he appreciated you making it.

Yeah, exactly. But you sure he got to take a look around. You know, the mission impossible. Everybody's got that.

Anyone must have the mission impossible for him. No, no, no, no, no, just but yeah, it's good. He took it. Yeah, exactly.

But anyway, he's saying the fucking... Let's go. Yeah, let's keep talking about she up for a second. So if we have an element be it, all right, would you want element be it?

Well, she doesn't have to be it. Well, maybe she could be element be it. She's against it. Oh, you want anyone to be able to come into it?

Or whatever her name is. What's her name? Lock up. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

So you could be playing another bitch lawyer on the other side. Or would you cast someone else? Maybe the painting old boy from Ghostbusters. Was it an other bill?

Or would you cast the curly-ed one with the blonde curly-eyed? Yes, he didn't. If you could pick someone, who would you... Did you make this yourself?

Who would you put in there? You'd want fucking... ..the ghostbusters. Yeah, the painting guy.

He's the one you'd want to be in. John, then it's John, I think his name was in. Because he was a character in animal. He was the best character in animal.

He was the best character in animal animal. Really? He'd work for anything. Yeah.

He'd be able to cross that board. He wouldn't have caught a plate. I'd have to be able to be able to be able to bounce a plate. But if he came into it, they'd be like, yeah, he'd get him back.

And you're going like, a fucking good reference, isn't it? You know, you're happy with him where he just shoved Adam at Beale down on something's throat. You'd be like, fuck up. Yeah.

So yeah, I'd take him. He would exist in that. If he was a superhero, he was all lawless. You got those fucking new rules and shit coming into place and someone had to defend him or whatever.

And he would be involved in that. Ground level. He'd be involved in that. Because he'd know the legislation and shit.

Because he'd read a lot. And he's a bit quirky. He's getting involved in the quirky side of the legislation. And he's also good to have in a scene, and he's just like a saint, just a quirk thing.

It's a bit of a flat scene, just throwing in an end a bit. He goes looking to a room. He gets a feel of nominations, waggle, or waggle. He's not happy they call it.

He's like that in the beginning. Yeah. That bit of that fucking itch in the chin. I'm going to be like an animal.

Yeah. So yeah, you've got to do his own show. Frickin's on waggle. Yeah.

Yeah. And they could have a little fling. That'd be again quirky. Wouldn't it?

I'd want the bominations to be a bominations the whole time. I wouldn't want to sit back to old Tim Roth. Show it's Tim Roth initially. Just say he was in pop fiction.

And then from that point, it's CGI and you'd have to pay him either, do you? How many scenes do I know? One. Yeah, but yeah, bominations.

He's in every fucking episode. So what buns am I getting for it? We only need you for half hour, Tim. I can't even fuck about that one.

I can't fuck about it. I'll do him a voice to him. Wow. He's got different voices about it.

He's just fucking weird if you have your voice. Yeah. We're probably going to get the old... Brolin.

Brolin. He doesn't fucking go out. Oh, beautiful. I've still got my bominations in the box mate.

I've got to be heavy. I'd like to get him out and just to hold him because he's a thick, thick, thick. But you know how hard it is, don't you? Once I've been in the box for a while, then if you take the box straight away, it's easy.

Yeah, it doesn't go well by then. If you've had one in the box for a fucking year, then you're going like, it's like five pounds more than my boy for a fuck. Is it? I was just thinking of money, I could get back on it.

Yeah, I get 25 quid for this. You pay 29 quid for this book. Yeah, we get 25 back. I've got a good relationship with his cussle.

Look at it. Five years. Enjoying more out of box, but he's in the box. He's safe in there.

He might get scared out of it. Let's talk about older black bolt mate. Oh yeah. You ever seen him in humans?

I hadn't, but I did recognise, well, I hadn't. I'd seen him flick to it. I mean, I'd see an agent to see everything flick on for God. It's not a deal.

So I did see, I did see the old in humans at the time. Maybe watching an episode or perhaps an half or something like that and not really into it. But same old boy. Yeah, same fellas.

So it's a nod to that. Yeah, 20. Yeah, it's pretty cool. I didn't really watch it.

I knew it. It was him. Just imagine if you'd have watched those 24 episodes or whatever they did. Actually, I mean, that's a noise for them, isn't it?

Sorry, I don't have any episodes of it. I mean, it was one. It's got to be like eight episodes, surely. No, because Amy's a shield.

I mean, they went massive with that. I know that kind of carried on for a while, but I think they had like a 24 episodes per series. Yeah, it was like a bit, then again, you can bash them out like CSI, Miami kind of. You can just, it don't really, they just work everything out the same, every single time.

Yeah, but I've never seen an episode of the older fucking in humans. You're going to? Fuck not. It's under Disney class now.

They've skuked on there. Yeah, I'm like, I'll stick one on it. It's got the fella from a miss-tits in. I like him and a Game of Thrones name.

What was his name? The brother of Maximus. Yeah, Maximus, yeah. I like him in the comics.

Oh, Maximus. Yeah, he's fucking good. Yeah, he's good. He's fast enough.

He is. I would love to play him. Like I'm like, I could play him. I could play him.

That would be one of mine. Oh, crazy. I'm just doing crazy shit. He's a cunt.

I'm really, really. No, I'm mad. I'm doing a massive. He's just been a cunt to everyone.

Right. No, he said that. No, he said that. No, he said that.

Did he get cancelled? Was he probably going to have like 24? Let's have a little look. Let's have a look.

Why was in humans cancelled as a question? Yeah. Then it's basically saying... It lasted a couple of days before Marvel announced it would not be renewed.

Right. It basically said it came to no surprise. The series fell flat and critics didn't like it. So, fair enough.

I think they took a pun though though. Because when they took a pun on Guardians, like when the first guys are galaxies in, people were like, ah, so fucking pun. Because they weren't really. Like, I know like, when was it?

When was it? When was it was fucking DNA? Like Dan Ambra and Andy Langen when they did the fucking complete cosmic segment. They moved back to the whole cosmic segment.

That must have run us out of a civil war. Then we're civil war. 2005-ish or something like that? In 2005?

In 2003? Yeah, in that time. Because that's when they saw that sort of incarnation coming into the fucking fjord. Yeah.

But before that, Jim Valentino was writing it. But I don't think that kind of galaxy was ever massive or in a public conscious. 2006, 2007 was. Yeah.

So, in it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

I mean, that was a big success in the fucking annihilation conquest. All those comics. So they obviously fought. We've probably got a fan base for it.

But you wouldn't have thought it'd be as popular as you're Captain of the Mountain. Like Captain America as you're fucking Iron Man as any Spider-Man as well. Actually, because they're known characters. Yeah.

Yeah. When they pulled that out of the bag and they even fought it, they loved it didn't they? They fucking loved it. Yeah.

I mean, you know, good direction. Just good, really good concept of building characters, finding slowly finding out stories about the character. Yeah. Then your intrigue so much all he grows with each character.

You know, that's the way. That's the way to kind of care about character. Even if you don't know about Drax. You know what I mean?

They'll just slip little things in there and then you'll keep getting further and further down rabbit hole with him. him and then you care about him. So it's like, you know, they should have taken note of that. Yeah, they just feel like they obviously took a part with the inhumans and fought area.

We do this. We see how this goes. I mean, like I said, I've never seen that before. Was it like, when they try to do like a, because they had that sort of time as well, they didn't have the X-Men.

That's exactly what it was. In the comics, they tried to replace the X-Men with the inhumans that were fucking millions of inhumans. Yes. Everyone's getting different powers.

Much like the X-Men was. Yeah. So was they try to, was it a cheeky way to get mutants into the fucking Marvel Universe? Because they could be like, this person in the human, this person in the human, this person in the human.

And they all got fucking different powers. They didn't need to have the X-Men then, because they could say, oh, this is all Brian. He's got claws in the human. He's an inhuman.

That's obviously not a human. Well, Brian. He's spraying Brian in people's faces. Yeah.

It's like, that's it. This is Professor Y. He's just fucking someone. Why?

Because they get it. I don't know if it was a sort of, they sort of put it in, but we make a shit TV series just so we can bring them in. That's why, because it was so poorly reviewed. That's what it felt like to me that they obviously, the X-Men deal.

They needed to do something. They needed to get a bit more creative with the superpowers and everything like that. And the easiest way is either, obviously, even it's the easiest fucking inhumans same difference. So, but it just, to me, it's kind of like the agent of the shield thing, where everything's a touch too shiny.

The suits are a bit too shit. Don't give them suits if you can't do the suits. Yeah. Because that's the thing.

I don't go wrong, I love seeing the suits. I love suits. If you can't pull it off, obviously, Brian. Well, yeah, it's like the reason why we haven't seen Wolverine in a sort of suit in Days of Future Past.

Oh, yeah. That sort of get up sort of deal Wolverine, Space Wolverine, Wolverine V, sort of thing, whatever. But that's how to do it. Even though I want to see that tan suit, mate.

I mean, I want to see the X-4 suit, which you probably could do because it's grey and black. Yeah, you probably get away with that one. But our classic blue pants, you know, red belt, you know, it's hard. It's really hard to make that look legit.

Someone running down the street going, no, no, no. But that's the certificate, whatever you get. What you could pull off in a comic, you can't always pull off. I'd like to see Cyclops in his yellow pants.

If they pulled out, I'd like any to do it. He'd get away with that. The thing is the way to do it, is the Homer-Oric side of me coming out. They're just finished a mission.

So you don't have to see him in jumping around it, but he's just unzipping his X-factor top off. And he just put his little gun ship to the side. He can't make me get that. He's just a little hand gun thing from the two toy.

I'll just pop that on the top. It's literally like a football locker room, mate. Just imagine that. It's not shiny or anything like that.

It's all like a classic American team. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It opens his locker. I've got a bit in there.

I mean, again, like, takes his hood off because obviously it's one piece hood, mate, with a visor, but shows him cloned his eyes. And then he says, can someone pass me? Can someone pass me? Can someone pass me?

Yeah, you're getting yourself, Slim. Oh, thank you, that's loaded. I got them for you, Scott. What a nasty thing.

I've got your other pair here, Scott. I don't need to say anything about that. Yeah, no, I just don't think that. Yeah, it's fucking a mistake.

You missed it. You want to bring anyone else in? Can anyone else? I'm coming out.

I'd like to... Bam, bam! Be an iron and scut. And glasses.

Thanks, Kurt. Thanks, Elph. Yes, see, I didn't remember what he's talking about. Morning, Logan.

He's just hanging upside down. I remember looking like a Reena book. Fuck you, dude. Upside down.

I'll be saying that, though. We'll mix our people and they won't let me. It's a bit of a steal. Oh, yeah, yeah, it doesn't matter.

We're just putting them all in. This is crazy crazy crazy. Crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy. It's no, it's cyclops.

No, it's cyclops. No, it's bad. It's Wolverine. Yeah, that works.

Yeah, that's nice. That's nice. And the dog. Not calling a dog?

Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, we can work with that. Yeah, what are they going on about Frasian?
