First, Angelina Fiordelissi talks about her work as founder and artistic director of the Cherry Lane Theatre, and especially about their mentor project to encourage new artists.   Next, Raissa Katona Bennet talks about her career as a theatre actress and cabaret artist, with tons of great advice for those starting out.
