906 Faith Like Fireworks

Light cuts through the darkness one tiny sparkle at a time. It's faith like fireworks. One can be tempted to hide from the greatest gift you've ever received; the love and grace of Jesus Christ, your personal risen Savior. Why do you dim those lights? We are called to have faith like fireworks and be a light unto the world. "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it give light to everyone in the house. In the same say, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven." ~ Matthew 5:14-16 When you're called to be a light into the world, you're bringing out the God-colors of the world. (Matthew 5:14 MSG) This is not a secret to keep to yourself. You must have faith like fireworks and share it. The K.I.S.S. ~ Let your light shine! Think about what you see before the fireworks go off. It's complete darkness. We can't appreciate the brilliance with the sun-shining. As the fireworks explode in the sky, you see all the brilliant colors; some form shapes and various designs. You can't help but be in awe. You're amazed! Some goes with your faith. In the darkness, it's grim and bleak. Not a place you want to hang out long. But as you continue to walk by faith, hope prevails one step at a time. God brightens despair and cancels your failures with brilliant drops of success, hope, and love. Nothing is impossible with faith like fireworks! Make today the renewing of your faith. To sparkle bright amongst the chaos. To be a light unto the world shining brighter today than yesterday. You are God's gift to the world.
