Stephanie Holt has over 15 years experience in executive leadership positions in STEM. She is also a passionate advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion. As such she has spent the majority of her professional career mentoring women to help advance their careers. In March 2020, Stephanie decided to pursue her passion full-time by launching the 'STEM Leadership Collective,' a supportive network for women in STEM which helps women advance their careers through training and coaching.
