91. Brief Update

In this episode we learn that Brandon Rafi appeals the loss of his motion for protective order to gag me and my podcast to refrain from future recordings. Unfortunately, the Court of Appeals will hear their appeal and we will respond. In the meantime, Raees thinks this case is like his favorite tv shows and he can simply pause everything until the Court of Appeals responds. That could take 3-6 months. Raees Moahemd is likely assuming his clients don’t have to appear for their depositions. Raees assumed he didn’t need to file a reply to our motion to quash his supbeano to gain complete access to Gil’s documents. Gil shares that once he wins this case he will go full savage mode like they did and they should be strong like Gil was. Enjoy!
