91: Pillars of Self

Welcome to another episode of the UNFILTERED: Life & Awakening Podcast! In this discussion, we continue our topic of self awareness and development by exploring the extended emotional range of our being as we face and process overarching interpretations of our reality through our life and trauma. We discuss the idea that this time is poised for us to explore, uncover, and see our self in a different light and through a different lens, and start to gain a further and more in-depth perception of our self. Seeing through our triggers, traumas and reactory nature to self and open to the space of our new perceived truth. We bring in personal sets of examples that currently stir at our deep trauma and trapped energy and explore on ways we can see, realize, understand, and integrate into the open space of this flow. We overview the overall goal of self to open our lives to continual true flow, the knowledge of being that allows us to see ourselves for our true being and live life as an expression of this self.
