Many of us come into marriage with notions of what it will be like. Some of our ideas come from what we saw with our parents or other relatives, what we have seen portrayed in sitcoms, movies or what we have read in books. We also may know what scripture says about the roles of husbands and wives and have our own version as to what this looks like in our minds. However, are we accurate and realistic of our husband's role? Are we expecting too little or too much from them? Today, we will begin our journey into a realistic view of how a husband is to love his wife, as Christ loves the church. As well as how you can encourage him in his role to improve your relationship.
