Reality for some people can be really scary and they will find it painful to face reality.  But, this is how we learn more about who we are, what our current results and beliefs are, so that we can be continually developing and growing ourselves. In this episode we look at what is really true in our life right now, what we are or are not happy with and why. There is also a challenge I have put forward to you, but you will have to listen to what that challenge is. Questions to Ask: 1. What are your strengths? 2. What are your weaknesses? 3.
