911 noise complaint Ass Sissy Church(spelling??)

I live directly across the street from this perpetual never ending nightmare. Imagine trying to work from home with huge concert speakers blasting bell music every 15 minutes for 13 hours every day into your home. I guess it is not mystery why the property value directly around this church is so low . 10 years ago when I moved across the street I called 911 to complain. Each time I call 911 the church added another long song to their playlist. Now it is 9 songs a day each totaling about 4 minutes each. This is in addition of the songs they play every 15 minutes The volume is that of a rock concert I went to speak to the head of the church in person with no resolve. I then physically went to the local police. The 71st Police precinct absolutely refused to allow me to file a complaint.
