He’s too humble to admit it, but Jake Shimabukuro is perhaps one of the most talented ukulele players in the world. His albums have sold in the hundreds of thousands and his style shows an influence ranging from jazz to flamenco. Jake Shimabukuro began playing the ukulele at four years old and has gone on to be one of Hawaii’s most respected musicians. He's performed in front of multitudes of music fans in Japan, Hawaii, across the United States and the Caribbean. He’s toured with Béla Fleck and the Flecktones and is a frequent guest of Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band.
