To better understand the causes connected to Leader and Teacher burnout refer to our last podcast Episode #73 where Helen shares in depth the research and understandings of burnout in the workplace.   About Dr. Helen Kelly   Helen Kelly is an author, speaker, consultant and researcher in the field of school wellbeing. Between 2006 and 2020, when she retired from her work as a school principal, Helen led international schools in Bangkok, Berlin and Hong Kong. Prior to this she spent a decade as a member of the English legal profession, representing employees in the area of health and safety at work. She has been researching in the field of educator wellbeing for over a decade.  Helen is most known for her work on school leader and teacher wellbeing and workplace culture. She has a worldwide audience for her speaking engagements, workshops, blog posts and articles.
