92. Seeking Discomfort with Cain Rice

from The Betar Project · host Nick Betar

This week I am joined by Cain Rice who has just completed walking for 44 days for over 1,800km and 34 back to back marathons. To see Cain complete this is an massive achievement considering over the last few years he has been involved in some serious accidents causing multiple injuries. He could have given up at any point especially after day 2 where he could barely walk and was given the nickname 'Baby Gazelle'. But he continued to battle it out every day and pushing his body to its limits until he was hit with a bout of gastro which unfortunately wouldn't go away and he had to pull the pin. Cain has built a whole lot of resilience over the last few years both mentally and physically. But he is human just like the rest of us which just goes to show that anyone is possible of pushing themselves and achieving great things. #itallstartsinthemindI really enjoyed this podcast and I know you will gain immense value from it aswell. Also out now are the Crushing The Stigma Tees which support everything I'm doing with the podcast.
