Greg Kozera is the president of Learned Leadership, as well as being a very successful Regional Sales Manager and Regional Operations Manager for major service providers in the Oil and Gas Industry. Greg has been the assistant coach to the high school boys’ soccer team at Charleston Catholic High School in Charleston, West Virginia for over 15 years, and has led them to 5 State Championships in the last 6 years. He often speaks to high school and college students on the subject of leadership and the tools needed to be a great leader. Greg asserts himself as an expert on leadership in his book, Learned Leadership. He has worked in the oil and natural gas industry for over 35 years and currently serves as the Immediate- Past President of the Virginia Oil and Gas Association. Greg earned a BS in Agricultural Engineering from West Virginia University and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Marshall University.
