Peter talks with David Shaw of Sarvari Research Trust, a not-for-profit company that breeds low-input, blight-resistant non-gm potatoes. Their current research is unfortunately seen as ‘market research’ and so they can’t get any grants and so are at present crowd funding to continue the work with their Sarpo varieties.
