93: Geerte Vink - Family & Organizational Constellations - SCRUM

In this episode, we chat with organizational coach and family constellation practitioner Geerte Vink about her personal and spiritual journeys, as well as the role that systemic and phenomenological interventions play in corporations and organizations. Geerte was born in the Netherlands and has lived in South Africa and Indonesia. During her years abroad, she studied computer science and returned to the Netherlands in 1994. She has two children and has been working as a freelance coach since 2003. Her focus is on helping organizations and teams that are in transition to become "Agile" using the family, systemic and organizational constellations methods, among other tools.
