93: Green Houses - Creating Toxin and Chemical Free Homes

Wayne Connell, Project Lead for Green Air Retreat, joins us on this episode of the Art of Construction. Wayne’s passion for creating toxin and chemical free living environments stems from his desire to help his wife, who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS). Even though many people do not have the debilitating symptoms from toxin and chemical exposure that those with MCS do, all of us would benefit from cleaner building materials, appliances, and practices. Wayne is building a Green Air Retreat idea house to showcase products and materials that are breathable, accessible and sustainable that can help create a healthier place to live.
