93 - "HOW" Leads To Doubt & Fear

Many people always ask about the "how" because that's where the brain takes you. For example, "how is it going to work?", "how is it going to happen?" etc. The list can go on and on. It's our brain trying to rescue is to know all the in's and out's of anything and everything to make us take action and do something and to fathom out whether we are in danger or not because it's all about fight or flight and survival mode.
