93. What Foundation Will Hold During PMDD?

from PMDD Redeemed | Emotional Regulation, Cycle Syncing, Monthly Cycle Hormones, Christian Women, Hormone Imbalance · host Lauren Collins | Christian Support For PMDD

For years, my theological foundation was pretty sandy, crumbly and wasn't holding when the PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) storm was hitting. The despair, the doubts, the fears and anxieties would pile up and I would just keep spiraling down. Then I started working on the foundation that I was building my values, beliefs and  convictions on, the theology that would sustain me even through the monthly hormonal sensitivity storms: aka PMDD.  In this episode, we're asking the question: what is your foundation? Are you building your life on strong and sound theological doctrine, or doubts, deconstruction and skepticism of God's character?  Answering this question will make a huge difference in how the luteal phase of your cycle goes each month. Let's dive in! Lauren ---------- Next Steps: Join The PMDD Mentorship, a monthly faith-based membership that focuses on physiology and theology when working through PMDD!
