In this episode I’m diving into one of the biggest myths in the baby sleep world -bloody awake windows! You’ve probably seen those instagram posts or charts online telling you exactly how long your baby should be awake between naps… but the truth is, there’s no good evidence behind them. We’ll chat about why these rigid “rules” can actually make things much harder, how they often interfere with feeding and connection, and what to focus on instead.

You’ll learn how to tune into your baby’s cues, drop the guilt, and find a rhythm that works for you and your baby.

- The actual evidence (or lack thereof) behind age-by-age wake window advice
- Why babies’ sleep needs vary so much and how totally normal that is
- How to bring more calm and rhythm to your days (without rigid schedules and stress)
- The real story behind 'over-tiredness' and why it’s not as common as we’re led to believe

So if you’re ready to stop stressing about wake windows and start trusting your baby (and yourself), this one’s for you.

Three Girls in a Flat Laura Hayes; Jean Loughborough; Enid Yandell Enid Yandell (October 6, 1870 - June 13, 1934) was an American sculptor who studied with Auguste Rodin and Frederick William MacMonnies. She created numerous portraits, garden pieces and small works as well as public monuments. Ms. Yandell also studied in Paris and kept a studio there. This book, Three Girls in a Flat, is a semi-autobiographical account of her work as a sculptor for the Horticultural Building at the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago in 1893. Co-written with two friends, it's an episodic account of the trials and tribulations of three young women eking out a living while sharing a small flat in Chicago. The young ladies are called Virginia (or Gene), Marjorie and the Duke (a young sculptor -- certainly Ms. Yandell's character). Interspersed among the stories of their work days, social gatherings held in their flat, daily life in Chicago, interactions with their neighbors, and young male callers at various times, are descriptions of the work of the women involved w RadioLacan.com |Echoes of Tel Aviv: "Knottings" Seminar of the NLS-Tel Aviv: “Discreet Signs in Ordinary psychosis, Clinic and Treatment” On 5 September 2015 a "Knottings" Seminar of the NLS took place Tel Aviv, as part of the preparatory work towards the next Congress of the New Lacanian School, which will be held in Dublin on next July 2th and 3th, under the title "Discreet Signs in Ordinary Psychoses, Clinic and Treatment".
