Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence Charmaine has gone through moments of imposter syndrome. The “AHA” Moment Charmaine attended a conference where she saw a Filipina who was one of the judges for a pitch competition. This was the first time she has ever seen a Filipina be a judge and after the conference, she went reached out to have coffee with her. A 30 minute chat became 3 hours and Charmaine realized that everyone goes through imposter syndrome no matter how experienced a person is. She realize that if she had these feelings, then other entrepreneurs have gone through similar feelings as well which led her to creating Pwrforward. Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence Charmaine has been the most creative she has in her life which she enjoys.
