94. ER, Season 12, Episode 14 (2006)

Victor Clemente is back, baby! And it's incredibly full on. ER, Season 12, Episode 14 is titled "Quintessence of Dust" which really doesn't explain the episode at all. Clemente has returned to our screen, but even though he used to be a quick-talking, rule-following, stern surgeon in crisp scrubs, he is now a messy junkie without a shirt. Bobby (Clemente's lover's husband) sneaks into their apartment and shoots them both. Clemente rushes his lover to the ER and everyone he used to work with instantly assumes that he shot her.
