It's how we learn.Empty nesthood and kids getting older naturally changes your life, because you're no longer working around their schedules. You can go on youtube and learn just about anything!Stop overthinking and just start something..There are so many things at your fingertips. If you're not doing something, it's your fault. It's important to have confidence in yourself and not care what everyone thinks. We live in a culture of following masses. It's hard not to get influenced when we see messages over and over again. We live in a world where people have no filter and they're hiding behind a screen. Know that people will comment even without all the facts. With maturity and age comes the confidence to speak up. When you know better, you do better. In midlife, it's important to surround yourself with good friends, and learn to be comfortable in your own skin. If you're happy doing what you're doing, it doesn't matter what other people think. For nervous system regulation, go for a walk, sit outside and read, craft something, or rant on stories.Don't say, "I could never."Jen Sattler on Instagram Dave Portnoy - Barstool**The information provided on this podcast does not, and is not intended to constitute legal or medical advice; all information, content, and material on this site are for generalinformational purposes only.
