The Pythia Project: Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη και Καλές Πρακτικές για την καινοτομία στην εξυπηρέτηση.  Την Πέμπτη 16 Νοεμβρίου ολοκληρώθηκε με επιτυχία το Pythia: Σεμινάριο για την τεχνολογία chatbot. Στόχος της ημερίδας ήταν να γίνει μία εποικοδομητική συζήτηση γύρω από τις νέες τάσεις στην τεχνητή νοημοσύνη και στα νέα δεδομένα για τους ψηφιακούς βοηθούς (chatbots), να παρουσιαστούν τα αποτελέσματα του έργου Pythia, και οι σχετικές υλοποιήσεις ψηφιακών βοηθών που πραγματοποιήθηκαν κατά την διάρκεια του έργου. Η εκδήλωση πραγματοποιήθηκε με φυσική παρουσία και η συμμετοχή ήταν εξαιρετικά σημαντική, καθώς πήραν μέρος πάνω από 250 συμμετέχοντες.
