Liz highlights some of the challenges she had to overcome and the importance of accountability, maintaining customer relations, and reputation.   About Liz Wayne Liz Wayne is the Founder and CEO of Able Transport Solutions, a 3PL specializing in flatbed and heavy haul freight. She has been in the transportation and logistics industry for over 20 years. She began her career with an asset based truckline, learning the ropes starting with an entry level receptionist position. Eventually moving on to be the first employee at a brokerage startup, where she was able to learn the 3PL model. With a desire to bring a new level of professionalism to the industry and to re-invent the freight brokers reputation, she launched Able in 2015. She currently serves on the TIA's Board of Directors and Co-Chairs the Women in Logistics Committee. She is a proud wife and mother, with adult children all the way down 2nd grade.
