95. Bossy, Controlling, Overthinking… Oh My! – Healing the Hustle

from Front Seat Life Podcast · host Jessica Butts

Welcome back everybody to the Healing the Hustle series on the Front Seat Life podcast. Today is yet another doozy. I was just going to name this episode “overthinking,” but then I realized it’s not that for us, for “J” women, for us controlling, domineering, bossy, overthinking women. Hence the name of this episode. This is a fun project because I get to be very observant. I am an extremely observant person. It’s one of my favorite things to do. It’s just sit and people watch. And it’s absolutely why I love being a therapist. And with this episode I’m sharing some observations, some stories about overthinking and trying to control the moment or the experience. I’ve been going through some big changes with my move to Maui and have caught myself trying to control things that are outside of my control, and noticing times when I could overthink things. Hopefully you can relate to these, I have a feeling these might resonate with many of you.I am enjoying putting these episodes together for you! And I would love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out to me via email and of course would love a review on iTunes and don’t forget to subscribe and follow for future episodes. For more about Jessica and additional episodes, visit https://jessicabutts.com/To learn more about Healing the Hustle and Summer School, go to: https://jessicabutts.com/healingthehustle/Front Seat Life Podcasthttps://businessinnovatorsradio.com/front-seat-life-podcast/Source: https://businessinnovatorsradio.com/95-bossy-controlling-overthinking-oh-my-healing-the-hustle
