Trước sức hút của hình thức du lịch hoa anh đào Nhật Bản, có những người Việt chạnh lòng, cho rằng “Ủa, tại sao Việt Nam mình cũng không thiết kế những mùa du lịch hoa như vậy vì mình có mùa hoa gạo, hoa ban hay hoa sữa cũng rất đặc sắc?” Trả lời cho thắc mắc này, nhà báo Vũ Kim Hạnh cho biết, Việt Nam có đủ nguồn lực để tổ chức những không gian về hoa rực rỡ như vậy, tuy nhiên chúng ta gặp vấn đề khi người tham quan vô tư ngắt hoa, dẫm đạp lên hoa để có thể chụp hình.
