95: Falling

from Unfiltered: Life & Awakening Podcast · host Unfiltered: Life & Awakening Podcast

Hello and welcome another episode of the Unfiltered: Life and Awakening podcast! In this episode we discuss our latest set of development of ongoing injury and how it reflects and propagates itself into life, physical expression of being, and self-awareness. After Elliott’s latest fall we analyze the deeper reason behind the being, eventually ending up on the core of trapped energy on self-acceptance, being unworthy, unlovable, and “bad”. We discuss the cyclical nature of this feeling, the ways of self-sabotage and distraction to keep self from feeling, admitting, and accepting self as a person with those emotions/attributes. We discuss the frustration of having the same discussion over and over, and the cause behind aware addressing of the issue and the core of its being. We discuss the commitment, grit, and energy it takes to dive into the space and choices of self that cause us not to do so. As always hope you enjoy listening and find your own truth in the discussion.
