Early on in her youth, Erica knew that she wanted to be an attorney and has continued to use her gift of speaking from the heart to advocate for others. In 2004 Erica discovered a new passion when she began getting invited to speak at her church. She continues teaching and speaking for non-profit, for-profit, and church forums on relational health, connectedness, and healthy confrontation. In this episode, we dive into the topic of personal responsibility and how it relates to our circumstances. We talk about connectedness, mindset, success, and the importance of finding someone that can see value in us.
