Show your value. If there's something else you could be doing that would find most fulfilling, do it. If you aren't getting a f*ck yes, then it's a f*ck no.To chase passions take courage. That doesn't mean you won't feel fear. Feel the fear and do it anyway.Don't think in terms of failure. Think of it as contrast. And learn from the contrast. As long as you have the right gear, you'll be ok in the cold weather.Get yourself some good, true friends who will see your messy and love you anyway.Personal tragedy can lead to pivoting and reinvention. Sometimes the hardest thing is actually the best thing. The quickest way to get over something is to go through it.To deal with hardship: surround yourself with good people, borrow other people's belief in you, and do the work. Ask yourself, "Why am I so glad this is happening in exactly this way at exactly this time?"95% of success in business is subconscious thoughts and beliefs. To the extent you believe you'll be successful, you will be. We hold ourselves back more than we realize.Kate's websiteKate's InstagramKate's podcast**The information provided on this podcast does not, and is not intended to constitute legal or medical advice; all information, content, and material on this site are for generalinformational purposes only.
