Paul McCartneys album fra 2005, "Chaos And Creation In The Backyard", tages i denne udgave af "Toppermost"- formatet, under kærlig behandling af Andreas Smedegaard.   Albummet er blandt manges favoritter og det vandt suverænt afstemningen i "Elsker The Beatles"- Facebook-gruppen, om bedste "Macca"-album efter år 2000.   Historien forud for pladen er fyldt med store følelser, dramatiske hændelser, svære valg, og først og fremmest en stor kunstnerisk ambition fra McCartney.   En ambition der resulterer i et spændende samarbejde med Nigel Godrich. En ung succesfuld producer der var parat til at stille krav til Paul.  En disciplin mange er kommet galt afsted med gennem tiden.   I første del diskuterer vi forhistorien og vender undervejs:   * Paul efter Lindas død * De mange udgivelser i kølvandet på denne * Udgivelsen af Driving Rain albummet * Heather Mills... * Geoff Baker * De succesfulde verdensturneer * Nigel Godrich og hans karriere. Og meget, meget mere.    Andreas Smedegaard kender lyttere af "Elsker The Beatles" for hans enorme viden om emnet, hans humoristiske tilgang til musikken og knivskarpe analytiske sans.   Og så er han ven og musikalsk kompagnon med undertegnede i over 30 år.   Til daglig arbejder han som kommunikationskonsulent i HOFOR, samtidig med at han insisterer på at lade musik fylde i hverdagen. Og rigtig gerne musik fra Beatles-lejren.
