95 - Who Cares?

Mark 4:37-38 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was already filling. But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, “Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?” In the middle of a scary storm, the disciples questioned if Jesus cared about them. My friend pointed out that during this whole scene, Jesus was on the way to the cross for them — He cared more than they could comprehend at the time. After Jesus spoke to the wind and the sea, the disciples' fear and doubt turned to wonder. They would never see Jesus the same again.
