Where are you coming from?

You knew summer was approaching and you wanted to get ready for swimsuit season. You buckled down and got in the extra cardio sessions.

And the summer happened. Maybe you got a little too relaxed. Training and nutrition took a backseat to the barbeques, concerts, vacation, pool, ocean, and the toes in the sand.

Now what?

It's back-to-school. Labor Day is around the corner. And that means a new season.

Time to get back to the grind and build your strength and endurance for the seasons ahead.

Let's jump in!

The K.I.S.S. ~ Back to the grind - Make YOU a priority!

  1. TRAINING
    • Get outside for a daily walk or run. Enjoy the weather before it gets too cold.
    • Your party doesn't have to stop. Invite friends to your training party.
    • Set a training schedule. You probably have a couple of weeks before too many activities take over. Make YOU a priority.
  2. RECOVERY
    • Time to get your beauty sleep.
    • Use a reminder on your calendar. Let technology work for you. Set goodnight reminders too.
    • Keep yourself on a schedule even during the weekend.
    • Hydrate well.
  3. NUTRITION
    • Let go of the sweet, salty, fried, fast food, and alcohol beverages.
    • Rein in the convenient foods and drinks.
    • Stock your pantry and fridge with healthy treats.
      • Lean meats
      • Fish
      • Fresh Vegetables
      • Fresh Fruits
      • Sweet potatoes
    • Plan and Prep
