She is known for capturing the excitement of the Saratoga Race Course. When her dog, Lucky, was lost and found safely after a four-day search she decided to embark upon her own adventure with the writing of her first children’s book, Lucky’s Adventure in Saratoga. Her second and third books, Lucky’s Adventure in Winter Wonderland and Lucky’s Adventure in the Great Outdoors continue to capture her passion for her fur baby and rescue pets. Elizabeth enjoys creating heartwarming adventures for children to experience and treasure.In this episode, we talk about Lucky's adventure, the Saratoga animal community, her photography business, the publishing process, her interactions with the players of the Annual New York State Chess Championships at the Saratoga Hilton, gratitude, kindness, patience and more.
