#96 - Bianca Garofalo

Bianca and her team is behind Bight Restaurant and bar and Bar, El TRes and Giorg Cucina e Barra. Yup that’s three restaurants in Thunder Bay. Tonight we talked about Erik from True Blood, yes that needed to be highlighted. Now we also learned how adopting and reinventing yourself in an uncertain time like a pandemic keeps you alive. Not only in an uncertain time though. This mathematical equation is always true just like the number pi. Drive that change and innovation! We talked about handling stress, dealing with failures and focus on the W as well cold showers! The world keeps changing every day almost that it seems not controllable but Bianca’s mindset is innovation and technology.
